Our fresh smoked winter garlic produces a superior cocktail sauce suitable for fresh shrimp, as an hors d'oeuvre garnish on goats cheese (or cream cheese) in avocado boats or dipping sauce for fried seafood, mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers.
