Garlic & Rosemary Compound Butter Seasoning

Compound butters are a decorative and flovourful finish for meats, fish, soups, vegetables, bread, potatoes and incorporated into sauces. When ready to serve, top steaks with a disc of sliced compound butter. Use as a flavouring condiment to your favourite dishes.

A 1/4 lb. of unsalted butter is required for one package of seasoning.
