Kale, Peppers and Apple Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of Kale - Massage the leaves, then finely chop and discard large stems

  • 1 sweet flavored Apple - Cored and Diced

  • 1 red pepper & 1 yellow pepper - Seeded and sliced

  • 1/2 red onion - sliced

  • 3 tbsp. Garlic Apple Cider Vinaigrette -

  • 1/4 cup of currants or 1/4 dried cherries -

  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds -

  • 1 tsp. Garlic Scape Sea Salt -

Instructions:

1. Toss Apple Cider Garlic Vinaigrette with kale leaves and lightly massage again with the Garlic Scape Salt. 2. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve!
