"Music" is a hard- neck garlic variety favoured by Ontario growers for its' long growing season, complex flavour and excellent storage.

LARGE garlic size varies between 1 3/4-2" in diameter averaging 6.5 to 7 bulbs per pound. Ontario garlic is prized for its' high BRIX content making it an ideal variety for roasting.

Keep in a cool, dry, dark place such as a paper bag or box in a basement with air cirulation.
